JESSE PANUCCIO AND JASON UNGER have been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the Florida Supreme Court Judicial Nominating Commission. Panuccio, of Tallahassee, is former executive director for the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity and a former general counsel in the governor's office. Unger, of Tallahassee, is the Tallahassee managing partner of GrayRobinson, P.A.

ROY ALTMAN AND JUSTIN SAYFIE have been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the 3rd District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission. Altman, of Miami, is a partner with Podhurst Orseck, P.A. Sayfie, of Miami, is a partner with Ballard Partners and owner of Sayfie Law Firm.

ALEXIS YARBROUGH AND STEVEN MUSCATELLO have been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the 4th District Court Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission. Yarbrough, of Fort Lauderdale, is an attorney and formerly served as general counsel for the Florida Department of Transportation. Muscatello, of Jupiter, is corporate counsel with G4S Secure Solutions.

GARY MCCOY has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the 1st Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. McCoy, of Destin, is former commander of the Air Force Global Logistics Support Center at Scott Air Force Base.

ANDREW DECKER IV AND JOHN KENDRON have been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the 3rd Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. Decker, of Live Oak is a partner with The Decker Law Firm, P.A. Kendron, of Lake City, is a partner with Robinson, Kennon & Kendron, P.A.

PATRICK JOYCE, GILBERT FELTEL JR. AND JACOB BROWN have been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the 4th Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. Joyce, of Jacksonville, is an attorney with Milam, Howard, Nicandri, Dees & Gillam, P.A. Feltel, of Jacksonville, is a partner with Tanner Bishop. Brown, of Jacksonville, is a partner with Akerman LLP.

DEREK SCHROTH AND DARRYL JOHNSTON have been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the 5th Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. Schroth, of Eustis, is an attorney with Bowen & Schroth, P.A. Johnston, of Brooksville, is an attorney with Johnston & Sasser, P.A.

BRIAN AUNGST JR. AND GORDON OLDHAM IV have been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the 6th Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. Aungst, of Clearwater, is an attorney with Macfarlane, Ferguson & McMullen, P.A. Oldham, of St. Petersburg, is an attorney with Banker, Lopez, Gassler, P.A. 

CHRISTOPHER GREENE, MARK STANTON AND IVAN CLEMENTS JR. have been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the 7th Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. Greene, of Ponte Vedra Beach, is a partner with Purcell, Flanagan, Hay & Greene, P.A. Stanton, of East Palatka, is a certified public accountant and owner of Mark P. Stanton, CPA. Clements, of DeLand, is an attorney and owner of Ivan K. Clements, Jr., P.A. 

ROBERT WOODY, RONALD BENDEKOVIC AND BRIAN KRAMER have been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the 8th Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. Woody, of Gainesville, is a retired deputy secretary of the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice. Bendekovic, of Newberry, is an assistant general counsel for Nationwide Insurance. Kramer, of Gainesville, is an assistant state attorney and executive director of the Office of the State Attorney in the 8th Judicial Circuit.

CHRISTOPHER CARMODY, GLENTON GILZEAN JR. AND TAD YATES have been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the 9th Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. Carmody, of Orlando, is an attorney with GrayRobinson, P.A. Gilzean, of Orlando, is president and chief executive officer of the Central Florida Urban League. Yates, of Orlando, is a criminal defense attorney and owner of the Law Offices of Tad A. Yates, P.A. 

ROBERT SWAINE AND JOHN HUGH SHANNON have been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the 10th Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. Swaine, of Sebring, is a partner with Swaine & Harris, P.A. Shannon, of Lakeland, is an attorney and owner of John Hugh Shannon, P.A. 

ANTHONY ROLFES has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the 12th Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. Rolfes, of Osprey, is a partner with Dickinson & Gibbons, P.A.

BRIAN LAMB has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the 13th Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. Lamb, of Tampa, is regional president of Fifth Third Bank. 

JEFFREY CARTER has been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the 14th Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. Carter, of Panama City, is an attorney with Barron & Redding, P.A.

ANTHONY BARROWS AND CHERI SHAPIRO have been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the 16th Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. Barrows, of Ramrod Key, is an attorney with the Law Office of Anthony J. Barrows. Shapiro, of Key West, is an attorney with Cheri A. Shapiro, P.A.

LEVI WILLIAMS AND RUSSELL MARCUS have been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the 17th Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. Williams, of Coral Springs, is an attorney with Levi G. Williams, P.A. Marcus, of Coral Springs, is chief of business and economic incentives for the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity.

DANIEL GERBER, KIP BEACHAM AND ANDREW LANNON have been appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to the 18th Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission.
