THE CAPITAL, TALLAHASSEE, NOVEMBER 20, 2015….. Gov. Rick Scott will appear at a Jacksonville business Monday to release his proposed budget for the fiscal year that starts July 1. The proposal is a first step as lawmakers prepare to negotiate a budget during the annual legislative session that starts in January. Most of state government will be quiet during the coming week because of Thanksgiving. But the presidential campaign will continue, with Republicans Jeb Bush and Donald Trump making stops in Southwest Florida.
